Follow the leader.

A popular game back in the day was ‘follow the leader.’ One person would do something and others would do the same thing.

This same pattern is in so many areas of life; in teachers, bosses, parents. We have all been students at one time or another. Most of the time this is a good thing. We learn, we grow and maybe even one day, the role is reversed.

But what about our spiritual journey? Who is the leader of your life? If it’s God, then you’re in good hands. If Satan is in control of your life, then how’s that working out for you?

One of the best parts of letting God lead your life is that you know you will be okay. God will not leave you no matter what happens on your journey.

God knows the right path for us; He knew before we were born. Letting God lead you is an opportunity for you to have a first-hand experience of His character.

Put God first in your life. Follow His lead and ask God for clarity and courage to follow, even when it may seem unclear or difficult.

I’m so glad that God is the Lord of my life!
