Patience = faith.
I’ve never been a farmer, but I can imagine it takes a whole lotta patience after planting those first seeds. Farmers can’t do anything to control the rain; they can only receive the early and late rains from God.
We may be facing circumstances that are beyond our control, but if you’re a Christian, you can have the assurance, the faith that God will provide.
When we believe that God is faithful to His promises, we can wait with patience for those promises to be fulfilled.
As I wait on Jesus’ return to earth, I persevere with my hope in Christ, my patience in understanding and my faith in His unending promises.
Faith provides the foundation on which patience can thrive. As we patiently wait on whatever it is we’re hoping for, let our faith be refined and deepened.
Are you waiting on a miracle, a breakthrough today? Do you still have hope that God will come through, or have you lost your patience and trying to do things on your own?
God knows your trial and He sees you. Keep the faith and wait on God.
James 1:3-4 - “because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.”
