Worship.

Worship is the act of showing love, reverence, and adoration toward someone or something. In the Bible, worship is the act of recognizing and declaring the supreme value of God. It is not merely a Sunday morning activity but a lifestyle of reverence, obedience, and total surrender to God’s will in all areas of life.

Worship to me is an expression of loving God. It’s how I connect with God. It’s what we were all created to do.

You may not be as expressive as the person to your left or to your right, and that’s okay! God wants you, truly and authentically.

How about you? Do you worship God? Is it only on Sunday? We must keep Christ as the object of our worship and ignore the temptations of the flesh to worship for any other reason. And worship is a daily act, a commitment to our Creator.

God is patient and desires genuine hearts to worship Him. He will lead, guide, and help any heart willing to praise Him. God desires true worshipers, those who place Him at the center of their praise. When we come with willing hearts, we can trust His guidance.

John 4:24 - “God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.”
